Dennis E. Black Engineering, Inc. (DEBEI) is a professional engineering and surveying firm. Additional services include storm water management design & permitting, water and sewage treatment systems, bridge and street design, soil erosion control design, etc.

The company was incorporated in 1965 as Arrowood, Incorporated. The corporate office is located in Chambersburg, PA. The firm was renamed Dennis E. Black Engineering, Inc. in March 1987 when Dennis Black purchased 100% of the outstanding common stock. The assets of Dougal and McCans, Inc., a small surveying firm located in Chambersburg, were purchased in 1988. Most recently, assets of G & S Surveys of McConnellsburg, PA was purchased in 2004, providing the company's first satellite office.

The company has enjoyed a history of strong personnel resources. The staff's valuable experience have provided DEBEI a reputation of being well established and consistently producing quality products.
