Dennis E. Black Engineering has recently completed the design of the STEP sewer collection system for the Cumberland-Franklin Joint Municipal Authority (CFJMA) to serve residents in Letterkenny Township, Franklin County. The collection system is a joint effort between the township and CFJMA to comply with Act 537 requirements. Construction is expected to commence sometime in 2008. This is just one of many examples of innovative and conventional sewage collections systems performed by DEBEI. Emphasis is often on the need to provide an affordable project for the end user that involves the use of creative design to satisfy client expectations.
